2023 Community Health Needs Survey

The St. Clair County Health Department, East Side Health District, HSHS St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, and BJC Memorial Hospital welcomes you to participate in our 2023 Community Health Needs Survey. This survey will help identify and address health and quality of life issues in our community.
